Miskan is a leading real estate developer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with numerous successful housing projects in Riyadh and a partnership with the National Housing Company. In an effort to streamline their operations and provide better services to their customers, Miskan partnered with Creative Solutions, one of the leading software development companies in Saudi Arabia.

The objective of this project was to create a web and mobile application platform that would allow Miskan to streamline the process of new villa applications and provide maintenance services to existing customers. The platform needed to be user-friendly, efficient, and customizable to meet the specific needs of Miskan's customers.

Our team began by gathering the requirements from Miskan and analyzing their specific needs. We then developed a service layer architecture that included roles such as administrator, user, guest, technician, and supervisor. The platform was available in both English and Arabic to cater to Miskan's diverse customer base.

We used Angular, .NET Core, and HTML for the front-end, and Angular, .NET Core, and SQL Server for the back-end. This allowed us to create a robust and scalable platform that could handle the needs of Miskan's growing customer base.

Once the analysis and architecture were complete, we began designing the mobile and web applications. We used a customer-centric approach to ensure that the platform was easy to use and navigate. After receiving approval on the design, we integrated it into the coding.

We implemented a unique feature called "build on your own land" that allows users to fill out a form and pay the application fee to request the construction of a villa on their own land. The platform also includes SMS and email notification integrations, as well as Hyperpay payment integration for secure and efficient payment processing.

The development of the web and mobile application platform for Miskan has been a great success. The platform has streamlined the process of new villa applications and provided maintenance services to existing customers. The platform's customizable architecture and efficient processing have been well-received by customers, and the "build on your own land" feature has been particularly popular.
