• ALL USB devices can be set to READ ONLY mode, so at any given time no user is able to copy any data from the PC to his portable device, let it be any type of device from USB flash drives to USB sync mobiles.
• System is so powerful that an administrator can give access to a USB device remotely if he has an internet connection from anywhere in the world or even if he does not have a net connection, this is done on basis of secret key sharing.
• The system can be setup to give full access to any specific USB device, in this case a USB device that is added to a white list can have full access and all other USB device will be set to READ ONLY.

• User is able to use the internet, send and receive emails thru online email services, download data and even use AIM software but will not be able to upload any data to any online services or send any attachments thru his email.
• Any attempt of attaching a file while sending email, uploading files to an online upload site, thru chatting software will be blocked by the system, providing full security to sensitive data files let it be any file type.
• Again the system can be fully administered online from any location in the world with only an internet connection and a compatible browser.
• Within few clicks an administrator can enable or disable access to services to specific users.
• A powerful White and Black List system is adopted to ease the use of certain allowed services, if a user or a group is allowed to use a certain service or site, it can be added to the white list.
